2013 Bentley Continental GT Speed will be released at Goodwood Festival of Speed 2012
(Cars Girls Sexy Cool) The rumors will come true: Bentley is about to release new 2013 Continental GT Speed ??in Goodwood Festival of Speed??. Appearance, you do not see a big difference with the standard edition of the Continental GT, but the changes under the hood will let you discover it’s a big difference. For example, the top speed of 328km/h, which is Bentley’s fastest ever production car.
Same time, this 6.0-liter W12 twin-turbo engine which brought extra 49 horsepower and 100 Nm of torque, means that the 2013 Continental GT Speed has a maximum power of 616 hp and 800 Nm of peak torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission with more dense gear ratio is used to pass power to four wheels, 0-96km/h acceleration time of 4 seconds.
For this GT Speed??, Bentley re-set the chassis and steering mechanism, and reduced the height of the body. In order to cope with faster speed, it installed a 21-inch wheels and 275/35R21 Pirelli P Zero tires. If you want to order 2013 GT Speed??, can now start to move, the first car is expected to be delivered to customer in October of this year.

Infiniti to Debut Running Emerg-E Prototype and Bentley a Surprise Model at the Goodwood Festival
Today we learn that Infiniti will perform the world premiere of the first running prototype of the UK-designed and built range-extender supercar concept, the Emerg-E, which premiered in static form at this year's Geneva Motor Show in March.
In fact, the Emerg-E will do more than show up as it will participate in the famed Goodwood hill climb alongside other cars including the Renault Alpine A110-50 Concept.
"The Festival of Speed crowds will be seeing EMERG-E in action for the first time ever, even before many of Infiniti's top executives have seen it," commented Jerry Hardcastle, Infiniti Global Chief Marketability Engineer. The Emerg-E features a hybrid drivetrain comprising two electric motors, a lithium-ion battery pack, four inverters and a three-cylinder gasoline engine that works as a range extender for a combined output of 300kW (402HP) and zero to 60mph (100km/h) sprint time of around 4.0 seconds.
The prototype will be joined by the Infiniti FX Vettel Edition which will be driven up the hill by none other than F1 champ Sebastian Vettel.
In related news, Bentley said an "exciting new model" will make its international debut at the 2012 Goodwood Festival of Speed, but did not elaborate further. There's a good chance, however, that the British brand will debut a new or updated model from the Continental series.
Also on show will be the company's EXP 9 F SUV concept that will make its UK premiere at Goodwood.

Tamara Ecclestone Picks Up A Brand New Bentley
As if she didn’t have enough already, Tamara Ecclestone has also added a brand new white Bentley Continental GT to her collection. Tamara was recently spotted filling up the tank (in 5 inch heels) at a station in Chelsea.
According to Tamara’s twitter account a few days ago (after this photo was taken) her Bentley was actually vandalized. In what way, we don’t really know but this is what she wrote on her Twitter page: “What kind of a sick society do we live in where you can’t park your car on the street because some horrible little b*****d will vandalise it.”

2013 Bentley Continental GT V8
Following up on its commitment to lowering CO2 emissions and boosting fuel economy, Bentley is introducing the 2013 Continental GT V8.
Combining a new 4-liter V8 engine and a power train that Bentley says requires 40% less fuel with no power sacrifice, the Continental GT promises to attain excellent benchmarks for power-to-emissions within the high luxury performance car marketplace.
This is going to translate into a high end luxury sports-car that will be able to travel in excess of 500 miles on a single tank of gas, Bentley says.
Performance
The lower fuel consumption of the Continental GT is achieved by means of a sophisticated cylinder deactivation system, providing a smooth transition from V8 to V4 modes while undergoing low throttle work-loads.
The Continental GT V8 engine features cutting edge technology, such as high pressure direct injection, ultra-low friction bearings, a superior thermal management system, energy retrieval by way of the charging system, and a revolutionary turbo charger housing for increased overall performance.
The Bentley GT will be capable of delivering 500 hp and 487 ft-lbs torque, and combined with a brand new close-ratio 8-speed automatic transmission it will reach 0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds with a top speed of 188 mph.
Exterior & Interior
The new Bentley V8 will be available in two models, the Continental GT or the Continental GTC. Both are easy to recognized by their black glossy matrix grill, chrome frame and center bar, a red Bentley "B" logo, plus a black matrix three-segment front bumper which is divided into unique body-colored strakes.
At the back of the car there are special chrome "figure-eight" tailpipe exhausts, a dark low valence, and a red "B" logo on the trunk. Both of the Bentley models are equipped with 20 inch alloy wheels as basic options.
Also available are 21 inch 6-spoke style wheels in Diamond Black or Diamond Silver surface finishes.
The interior features an Eliade fabric headliner, fashionable Dark Fiddleback Eucalyptus veneers, and an elective two-tone leather color split and short center console, to round out the classy theme of the car.

Chad Rogers Buys A Bentley
Chad Rogers gets on our nerves but we have to say he’s got good taste when it comes to his cars. Chad may no longer be a part of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing but it looks like that hasn’t done anything to hurt his business. Chad recently got rid of his Mercedes-Benz CL63 and picked up this beautiful black Bentley Continental. The Benz was nice but this Bentley’s even better.
